UCC Position on Federal Budget Urging You to Contact Your Senator
The UCC is urging members to tell your senators to vote NO on the present budget proposals because it defunds critical benefits programs in order to detain more immigrant families and impacts support for fragile communities. Instead, we must pass a short-term CR that will help usher in a bipartisan and full funded fiscal year 2025 budget.
