Faith Formation

  • The Covenant Groups will begin meeting next week! Covenant Groups are groups of 6-10 people that meet to discuss issues of faith. The groups meet for just 7 sessions, so it is not a longterm commitment, but they provide an opportunity to get to know other people in the church and to discuss issues of faith. The theme this year is “The Art of Practicing Your Faith.”

  • ”The Art of Practicing Your Faith” is the theme for this year’s Covenant Groups. Covenant Groups are small groups, with less than ten people, formed to share discussions on faith.

  • In the book of Esther, Mordechai persuades Esther to take a moral stand that required great courage and considerable risk. He said to her, “For if you keep silence at such a time as this, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another quarter, but you and your father's family will perish. Who knows? Perhaps you have come to royal dignity for just such a time as this.” (Esther 4:14 NRSVUE)

  • Faith Formation small groups for adults and older youth: All small groups are available to adults and interested youth. Groups will be offered either in a Zoom-only or a hybrid format. Hybrid groups will have the option of participating in person or over Zoom.
