Magnolia UCC’s November Third Mondays Educational Forum
‘‘So Someone You Love Just Told You That They are Trans, Intersex,
Gender-Queer/Nonbinary, Gay, Bisexual, Asexual -- What Next?"
Nov 15, 2021 07:00 pm Pacific Time
Many in our community have loved ones who are claiming sexual orientations and gender identities that may be different than what we have understood. The focus of this session will be to learn more about a variety of sexual orientations and gender identities, since understand key terms and concepts is the beginning of understanding. We will also discuss ways to support, affirm and love those in our lives with those Identities. During this session, you will find out how to support and communicate with loved ones who have come out as LGBTQ with emphasis on understanding gender identity, pronouns, etc.
