The Evening Book Group is a lay-led book group that reads and discusses books suggested by the group to deepen our faith and guide our actions. This fall we are shifting to Tuesday evenings to alternate with the Green Team and will be meeting on the first and third Tuesdays. Time to yet be confirmed. Our first book will be the False White Gospel, Rejecting Christian Nationalism, Reclaiming True Faith by Jim Wallis with a forward by Eddie Glaude. The group leader for this book will be Scott Wiley, a retired minister and member of Garden Street Methodist Church. We wish to meet in person but will consider learning how to use the technology to provide participation for those online. Check-in with us at the Ministry Fair!
