This is a reminder that the Grandparents Support Group is meeting in-person next Thursday, February 8, from 10:30 am-12:00 noon in the Fireplace Room. The meeting will begin with an opportunity for everyone to check-in and update the group on what's new or of concern in their lives and those of their grandkids. And in honor of Valentine's Day, we propose that our focus for February's meeting be reflections on our love for our grandkids and sharing tender moments.
Our guiding principles include providing a supportive environment for sharing our experiences, and respecting the confidentiality of all participants. This group is not limited to First Congregational Church congregants -- any and all grandparents are welcome and encouraged to attend. We ask only that every participant honor the church's Open and Affirming practice. If you have any questions, please contact one of us.
