Climate Action Now – Legislative Effort

The Climate Justice Committee is monitoring the Washington State legislative session along with our partners, Faith Action Now, Earth Ministries and the Multi-faith Network for Climate Justice. Make your support known! Go to fanwa.org/Advocacy/issue-fact-sheets/ to learn about all the bills currently under consideration by the State Legislature.

 

Earth ministries is primarily focusing on these three bills this session the Lorraine Loomis Act for Salmon Recovery, the Energy for All (HB 1490) Information Page and the SB 5697 - 2021-22 Renewing Washington's recycling system and reducing waste.
