We are excited to host the annual meeting for the Pacific Northwest Conference of the UCC at our church on April 28-30! On a weekend in April hotels are quite pricey in Bellingham. If you are willing to host a pastor or delegate in your guest room for one or two nights that weekend, please email Cydne at the office or Janet Ott at coach@janetott.com. It is a great opportunity to meet interesting people in our conference.
Also, we will need a “hospitality committee” to help with set up and tear down Friday evening and Saturday. There will be volunteers from the conference to help, but we need folks who know our kitchen, how to work the dishwasher, and how to make coffee!
