Being Mortal II: Preparing Your Advance Directive
Our November Being Mortal documentary and luncheon was an important event for more than 45 of us at First Congregational Church. Thank you to our Called to Care team who worked on setting this up and providing the lunch. We're also grateful to all of you who chose to bring family members and friend and to attend.
Being Mortal II will happen on Friday January 25 with lunch from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Our Faith Community Nurses and Health Minister will facilitate this meeting to support any who wish help with filling out the Peace Health Advance Directive called Honoring Choices. If you have this document, please bring it whether it is complete or not. If you don’t have a copy, copies of this Peace Health preferred Advance Directive will be available.
Please register for this program with lunch by emailing Cydne at office@fccb.net. Or sign up at the Health Ministry table in the Narthex after worship on the first and third Sundays. Or contact one of the FCN’s (Jeanne Brotherton or Brenda Nicholson) or our Health Minister, Carol Nicolay.
