Gathering In Worship with Picnic, Family Activities & Information Fair
The Faith Formation and Mission and Justice Board's have combined to plan a picnic, family activities, and an information fair outside in the parking lot after the Gathering In worship service on September 8.
Think: Grilling hotdogs, a brass band playing, activities for children, AND tables where members/friends of the congregation can check out the many opportunities to be involved in this church.
We would like to invite you or someone else from your group to be present after worship to talk with others about why you are passionate about the Green Team, the Glee Club, the Gun Responsibility efforts, Membership Board dreams, next step in Solar energy, the Poor People's campaign AND MANY MORE. Nothing to prepare, just be present to share with others how they can get connected. We will have a sign ready for you that will designate your group/interest or passion.
