Ground Floor

Here is an update from The Ground Floor staff for the first half of March. Thanks for the information, April, and thanks to all the staff at NWYS doing this important work!

The Ground Floor, Community to Community Development, and the Lettered Streets Association are planning a summer BBQ at First Congregational Church (in the large parking lot) on Thursday, July 18 from 12:00 noon-4:00 pm.

From now until May 15, we'll be collecting snacks for The Ground Floor in the narthex.

Here is a list of ingredients for our seasonal Thanks & Giving food collection. This benefits the Ground Floor, Family Promise, Birchwood Food Desert Fighters.

Thanks to the First Congregational volunteers who joined a team of NWYS staff and youth for a great BBQ on Thursday, September 15.  It was a great way for church folks and youth to get to know each other a bit, plus just have a great celebration with food, games and face painting!
