Our Minister of Christian Formation is beginning a stage of life and ministry. Sharry is retiring at the end of June. We will miss her but are grateful for her long years of ministry at First Congregational Church and rejoice with her for this new adventure.

Personnel Committee, with the approval of Church Council, is happy to announce the hire a short-term Congregational Chaplain to support ministry at First Congregational. The purpose of this position is to provide phone and video pastoral care and support to members and friends of our congregation through prayer and presence.

Our Church Council will consider two proposals from the COVID Advisory Committee at the Aprol 26, 2021 meeting.

Starting at the end of April, we will be reading essays out of Walter Bruggerman’s book Tenacious Solidarity: Biblical Provocations on Race, Religion, Climate, and the Economy.
